World Day of Prayer service

The World Day of Prayer service for 2026 will be held on Friday, March 6, 2026, at Christ Church in Kingston with the global theme “I Will Give You Rest: Come” based on Matthew 11:28–30, written by the World Day of Prayer Committee of Nigeria—Celebrating the resilience and faith of Nigerian Christian women.

Attendees gather at from 10 - 11 a.m. for coffee and tea. From 11 am to 12 noon a World Day of Prayer Ecumenical service will be held in the worship space. From 12 noon - 2 pm a reception will be held in Gibson Hall. From 2 - 3 pm will feature a Community Strings concert.
