The Diocese of Ontario is now using a new set of online forms to collect parish information for:
The content of these forms have been updated to request only the information that is needed.
As per Canon 8 the incumbent/priest in charge and wardens shall co-operate jointly to complete the parish leadership information and statistics forms following your 2026 annual vestry meeting. The information is to be submitted by March 15, 2026.
The incumbent/priest in charge is required to complete the 2026 Lay Member form to update those that have been elected/re-elected at the annual vestry meeting.

Parish Vestry Reports: Once you have completed filling out the above online forms, please email a copy of your Parish Vestry Report and including financials to The Ven. Jane Humphreys at jhumphreys@ontario.anglican.ca.
