I am pleased to announce the appointment of Rev Georgiana Stewart as priest in charge of the Parish of St. Luke’s Kingston, on a part time basis, effective October 1, 2023. This appointment will be in addition to her continuing part time ministry as priest in charge of St. Paul’s Church, in Sydenham.

Georgiana is a graduate of the University of Toronto (B.A. Hons), Queens University Faculty of Law (LLB) and Trinity College, University of Toronto (MDiv). She was ordained deacon in 2019 and priest in 2020 in our diocese and has served as priest in charge of St. Paul's since ordination.
 
Georgiana is married to Michael Capon, music director of St. James Church in Kingston. Please join me in upholding Georgiana and the people of St. Lukes and St. Paul's in your prayers as this new venture in shared priestly ministry begins.
