The highly anticipated Summer Fruit for Souls event is just around the corner, and organizers are calling on participants to complete their in-person registration and payment by Tuesday, July 8. With Queen’s University requesting final numbers for catering and accommodations, this deadline ensures a smooth and welcoming experience for all.
If you've already registered but haven’t yet submitted payment—or forgot to send proof—please do so by the July 8 deadline. Haven’t signed up yet? There’s still time to register and bring a friend for a day of renewal, reflection, and community.
Accommodation for Out-of-Town Guests
For those traveling from afar, overnight accommodation on Monday night is available:
Roommate matching is available for solo travelers. All rooms are designed as two private bedrooms connected by a shared bathroom, offering both privacy and comfort. If you’ve booked a private room but are open to sharing, organizers are happy to make arrangements.
Accessibility & Transportation
The Queen’s residence, dining hall, and event location are within a five-minute walking distance, with the parking lot conveniently located between them. Shuttles can be arranged upon request, and three accessible parking spots are available at the meeting hall. Lunch will be served onsite.
