Education for Ministry (EfM) is an empowering, transformational program that invites lay people into a deeper engagement with Scripture, church history, theology, and their own faith journey.
Over four years, small groups gather weekly to study, reflect together, and practice theological thinking in community. No prior training is required, just a willingness to explore. Participants consistently describe EfM as life-changing: it deepens their sense of vocation, strengthens their confidence to serve out their baptismal ministry, and equips them to bring faith into everyday life with clarity and conviction.
