Task Force on Leadership (October 31st, 2007)
Under the auspices of the Strategic Plan Implementation Committee, the Task Force on Leadership offers this position paper for ongoing discussion and feedback. Specifically, the Task Force has collected thoughts and ideas around principles which should be useful to all leaders—both lay and clergy—within the Diocese as these leaders re-energize the journey outlined in the strategic plan.
