Camp Hyanto Camps List & Online Registration
Step: 1
If you close this window at any time you must start from the beginning.

Please note: Our full refund policy, registration procedures and FAQ's are available here. Due to the possibility of several campers registering online at one time (and filling a camp), your registration is not considered final until confirmed by the Registrar. The Registrar will contact you by e-mail to inform you of your registration status. In the case of a camp filling suddenly and your child being placed on the Wait List, a full refund will be given.

Refund/Cancellation Policy: We will be happy to refund all fees in excess of the $50.00 non-refundable deposit if a written cancellation notice is received at least 15 days prior to the start of the camp session for which the child is registered. Refunds will NOT be available for cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the applicable camp session. Refunds will also not be available to campers who are found to have head lice and/or nits on their heads, or who must be sent home due to inappropriate behaviour, illness, or injury. Upon receiving your Parent Pack in the mail, PLEASE read our Head Lice/Nit Policy and Indemnity/Conditions of Enrollment Form carefully.

All prices include taxes. Sibling discounts apply when subsequent children from the same family registers online for the exact same camp (same dates) at the same time.

Payment Info: After registration, you must pay either the full amount, or a deposit per camper. You may pay online using Visa or Mastercard immediately, or by mail using a cheque within two weeks.
